Obama Picks Pawns In Political Fight As GOP Aims To Cut Down DC Circuit - The Daily Beast : news

COMMENT:

It is highly objectionable to find an old Senator flip flopping as if he has lost his mental balance. Giving serious rise to questions if he should at all remain in the Senate to continue or go on forced medical leave for his mental treatment.
There is nothing to get surprise because of the fact I quote from the article"Grassley was among those who voted unanimously to confirm Iowa public defender Jane Kelly to the Eighth Circuit Court, which by some metrics has the lowest workload of any of the circuits. “You can search long and hard for consistency around the stated justifications he’s (Grassley) put forth, and you’re not going to find it,” says Skaggs....
How could  Grassley use the same logic to support the cause in one and not support the case of same cause of another. Then another question arose how could Grassley  ascertained the work load of the court using  what yard stick, would he narrate it for the information of the nominee Judges and the general public.
Does he have any idea that different court deals with different subject cases one type could be disposed quickly and may seem to be very busy and other court may seem less busy but to dispose of one case may require several day.
Could  this court be considered of low workload. I pity Grassley  conception about work load being a Senator. The nominees Judges if were given the chance to assess Grassley  then they I am sure would recommend for Grassley's immediate retirement from politics for mental imbalance. .
I suppose this should be enough to put the record straight for the confirmation committee to consider before making any other silly comments on the Hon' Judges and invite insults to self as all the three Judges are highly qualified working Judges and are much more qualified in their professional work than Grassley is in senator's Political profession.
