I wouldn't go into the detail but just mention that in military within the department the situation or the atmosphere is such that having sex is inevitable and we write article for the readers of the world community of Nations to visualize how grave the situation is. Yes it is right the situation is really grave.

I cannot but appreciate the effort of the writers but at the same time I humbly place a question to my learned writer friends as to what stops them from writing articles of similar or tougher articles against the unabated sex scandals committed by the congressional Representative of political parties or particular party.

I am sure there is no bar to write the truth against anyone on earth. I now request My Friends the authors of articles to tell the world where is the safety of women to be found at Home, Working place, Streets or Jungle. My finding shows NOWHERE ON this earth. The cause is when the protectors (Governments) becomes the predators then non except God is the protector.

Please write on this subject what the nations should do with the Predators continuously until the governments submit to the writers demands.
