Greenpeace Activists Occupy Nuke Plant - The Daily Beast

Greenpeace Activists Occupy Nuke Plant
Around 30 Greenpeace activists climbed a fence at a nuclear power plant in France on Monday in what they say was an attempt to expose the flimsy security. EDF, France’s main electrical company, said the protesters did not get into any sensitive areas and production was not affected. Greenpeace France’s Yannick Rousselet called the plant, Tricastin, “one of the five most dangerous” in the country. Most of the protesters were arrested by 2:30 a.m. local time, but some were still clinging to metal structures and ladders. French President François Hollande has vowed to reduce the country’s dependency on nuclear power by 25 percent by 2025 and to close the oldest plant, but Hollande fired the energy and environment minister

COMMENT:

I am a fan of Greenpeace organization, but as any person would have some questions, I too have a strong doubt about Green peace’s sincerity, effectiveness and loyalty to world community of nations.
Until I find and see the practical success in those above qualities imbued in the organization, I would always shun the organization of Greenpeace as a mockery to the cause of peace.

Now the causes Greenpeace to prove are to make Israel to disarm of all nuke arms and the Nuke manufacturing establishment. To be sincerely effective in the work by the Greenpeace Org. and last of all that it would have to prove its loyalty to the world community of nations by taking up the cause mentioned above
