A highly important law passed in Economical Super Power country of South East Asia India that had no concern about its women folk's safety and security in the man dominated social infrastructure to keep the feminine Chastity intact, which is so very important for every women young and old.

Until only three/four months back the government woke up when the population's united movement threatened the very existence of the government to stay in power. I would try and desist from high lighting the dire failures of the government in all respect to protect the female's most valuable asset their chastity, which once spoiled by any form is equivalent to have killed that women, particularly in conservative social living structure of the subcontinent.

Now, coming to the main point of effectiveness of Trail on Rape case for conviction it is a must to have the victim of the rape case examined by a gynecologist within 24 hours of the occurrence of rape .   Has the government made any arrangement to that effect for the sake of a fair trail?. Has the government made any permanent arrangement with regard to the examining of the victim in a country where in every twenty minutes a rape case is taking place. How could a government with regard to the female citizens be so careless to look after their well being and Female to get proper fair justice when raped, losing their only asset the chastity . The government is depending on the old time have and has no facilities needed to get fair justice only because of lack of medical facilities to get the victims examined within 24 hours in every State of India.

I would have expected the police head of the country to have suggested to the government that what all is needed to be done from registering the case, examining the victim, investigating and finally submitting charge sheet for a fair trail and Justice. All charge-sheeted accused's sperm DNA test must be done simultaneously and the result obtained from the same place the examination of the victim is carried out by the gynecologist. the results should be duly signed and sealed by the relevant doctors.

I am sure the female high ranking police officer Kiran Bedi would be an appropriate person to dress up the women folk with the knowledge of law in case of rape need to do. Law passed without proper supporting facilities, directives to the police to act within the specified time limit without which is keeping the law legislated naked in open street to encourage the rapist to fuck the women with more vigor and energy.. In addition, due to the none availability of mentioned medical facilities the victims are equivalent to have been left without clothing for the accused to get away with by raping and viewing the privates parts through the transparent dressed down of law facilitating the accused coming out on bail to threaten the victims and her family due to evil motivated intentional time lapse / consumed by police in investigating the case with the plea to get the desired effective and positive result. With the present state prevailing conditions of law the accused could get away through the loopholes by the caricature of the lawyers on bail and even kill the witnesses while on bail and get away. Therefore, the provision of the law should be made non bailable the penalty be made death.

The government has ultimately tried to view the issue seriously and was compelled to legislate the law to give some sort of protection to the women folk. I would say loudly enough for the government to draw the kind attention on the above mention points and say that the law without providing the mentioned additional facilities is nothing but keeping the Women folks in the open to be raped more often than all time in the past..
