India Classifies More Castes as 'Backward' In Affirmative-Action Bid to Help the Poor - WSJ.com
After having gone through the article written by the author the truth that prevail in the country which aspires soon to be called the Economical Super power of the South East Asia. India is a country except for Economical development nothing else seems to fit in positively as a Super Power.
India's problem is not only with the cast system, it is infested with multifarious problems and some are very serious types like population, cast system, corruption, bonded labor system, prostitution, home grown terrorist, secession demands, border problems with Pakistan, China and Bangladesh , land grabbing problems, water source grabbing problem, continental shelve grabbing problems. Most of these problems had been created by India itself trying to establish might is right within and outside the country. Having said that, India is the worst violator of the provisions of constitution.
One would like to know how, it is simply because the author has adequately pronounced it that the constitution stated equality for all but the provision of the constitution is not at all followed in the case of 90% poor and low cast people.
Equality means in each and every sphere of human life as citizen of the country, that includes distribution of wealth too. I do not find equality is maintained in respect of the poor and low casts. Why violation of constitution is taking place would the Indian Authorities explain it in detail for the better understanding of the community of Nations.
Unless the 90% of the Indian population has the access to the wealth how can the world recognize a constitution violating country as Super Power and Democratic, Would anyone explain with logical reasons for the information of the world body and the 90% ignored population of India passing their daily life in backward conditions.
