RNC may nominate any of the aspirants it feels like because it has the power to do so, as long they are within the jurisdiction of the Party rules and regulations. But after that when it will be under Election Commission's jurisdiction, then mat be after sex case against Cain, sodomize case might transpire against Mitt Romnney then what?.
I strongly apprehend something may anytime pop up serious against Mitt Romney. I doubt if RNC would have anyone as per the rules and regulation to set or elect to put up a genuine Nominee for the Presidential Election.
However, time will decide that, we have to wait and see.
